Two Types of Parts Washing Systems

• Pneumatic systems are explosion-proof according to ATEX guidelines which are required when the solvent liquids are used for washing the press parts.
• Electrical / PLC controlled models are available for non-flammable, water-based cleaning liquids.

Two Types of Rinsing Options Available

• Open rinse system with fresh water that goes to the drain (Water-based Ink).
• Closed loop rinsing system where liquid is re-circulated and used over & over (UV and Solvent Ink)

The fully automatic washing units are designed to wash ink trays, rollers, doctor blade chambers, ink sumps, buckets, hoses and other removable press parts. The washing system can be custom designed for specific press brands for efficient use of space.
